Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of deposit covering one-half the entire stay with tax (minimum one night in full).

If we are notified at least 14 days before arrival date, your deposit less 10% will be refunded. With less than 14 days' notice, guests will be responsible for the full deposit and balance unless the entire confirmed stay is successfully re-booked. Early departures will be handled in the same way. Partial refund will be made for a partial rebooking. Credit for a future stay will be given at owners' discretion. We accept VISA, MC and DC.
